Furniture Approval Form

All items are approved in-store except large furniture. For large furniture approval, please  fill out the form below. Answer the questions to the best of your ability and upload pictures of your items.

Once approved, furniture may be brought in anytime, preferably Monday through Friday. Please call us with at least 72 hours' notice before bringing items to the store, and plan to have someone with you to help unload. If you need assistance from a mover, we're happy to recommend one.

• Dining Sets (very selectively)

• Side Tables
• Small Bookshelves
• Small Cabinets/Consoles
• Small Dressers
• Sofa/Foyer Tables
• Sofas (selectively)
