Hamilton County Fall Bucket List
Share
There is just so much to do this time of year! Here's a few of our must-do activities around town to get us in the fall ~mood~.
-
Pick the Perfect Pumpkin
Make it an adventure! Stop by Russell Farms Pumpkin Patch in Noblesville to snag a pumpkin... or two... or ten! Stay and enjoy their playground, and several other fun activities before heading home to carve your new pumpkins.
-
All Aboard
Take a scenic trip on the Nickle Plate Express. Check out one of their fun themes in the coming months including trivia nights, an Oktoberfest dinner, and even trick-or-treating!
-
Celebrate Local Artisans
Come on out to Amanda’s Market on September 13th from 10am-4pm! We may be a little biased, but it is truly the best way to kick off the fall season. Our parking lot will be full of local small businesses, so bring your friends, kids, and pets, and come SHOP.

All About the Apples
Nothing says Autumn like caramel apples, apple cider, and picking apples right off the tree. Head to Stuckey Farm Orchard and Cider Mill for a day of fun with the whole family. After getting some fresh apples to take home, take advantage of the corn maze, hayrides, country market, and more!
-
Surround Yourself with Fall Foliage
Hamilton County is full of gorgeous parks with lots to do and see. Venture out to a park you have yet to explore! Climb tree houses and watch the sunset at Flat Fork Creek Park or take a jug to fill at Flowing Well Park and walk the mile long nature trail.

Get your Fright On!
Visit Connor Prairie for the fright of your life with their Headless Horseman event. This family friendly event features food, drinks, carnival games, and so much more. The Headless Horseman tale comes to life with their hayride around the prairie with a chase of a lifetime from a certain somebody without a head and on a horse. Not looking to get scared? Spend time learning about the history of the Headless Horseman tale, peruse the scarecrow contest, the spooky lights or visit the Real Life Zoltar!
Have a wonderful autumn, Hamilton County!
